A great badge worn by Spanish American War veterans. The hanger has an eagle in a wreath. A flag ribbon is attached to the hanger and a metal piece with a cannon, anchor, sword, and musket. The drop is attached to this piece. The drop is a cross. These are great badges!

1899 Philadelphia, PA National Encampment Badge

SOLD!!! A great badge from the 1899 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is one of the nicest badges issued at that reunion. The badge is beautiful with a flag ribbon with "33d National Encampment - G.A.R. - Sept. 4-9, 1899" written in gold. The drop has the Liberty Bell on one side and a GAR membership badge on the back side.

1904 Naval Veteran National Badge

A great badge worn by naval veterans of the Civil War at the 1904 GAR National encampment held in Boston, Massachusetts. The hanger has "Boston - 1904" written on it. A yellow ribbon is attached from the hanger and has a large "NV" in silver on the ribbon. The drop has a fouled anchor in the middle and "National Reunion" written on it. Naval veteran items have been hot over the last year. Grab this one fast!

1890 Cincinnati, Ohio State Encampment Badge

SOLD!!! A hard to find badge worn at the 1890 Cincinnati, Ohio State Encampment badge, The hanger has a GAR star and "Cin.O - 1890" written on it. The ribbon is maroon with "DELEGATE" written on it. The drop is in the shape of a shield with a bust of General S.H. Hurst. Written on the drop is "24 Annual Encampment - April 29 - 30- May 1 - Gen'l S.H. Hurst". Great badge!

3rd Ohio Infantry Co. H Reunion Badge

A great badge worn by a veteran of Company H of the 3rd Ohio Infantry. The top is a celluloid badge surrounded by a brass holder. On the celluloid button is "Co. H - 3rd Regt Ohio Infantry". A red ribbon hangs from the hanger has two veterans shaking hands and "Only a Part of US Left - Shall We Meet Again". Great badge on an early Ohio unit.

21st Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry 1902 Badge

SOLD!!! A neat badge worn by participants of the 1902 reunion of the 21st Ohio Veteran Volunteer Infantry held in Fidlay, Ohio. The badge has a brass type hanger with a flag ribbon attached to the hanger. Attached to the flag ribbon is a celluloid drop. On the front of the celluloid drop is "Souvenir - 26th Annual Reunion - 21st Regt., O.V.V.I. - Findlay, O. - Sept. 19-20, 1902". On the back of the celluloid is a eagle over two United States flags.

1910 General George Custer Monument Badge

SOLD!!! A great badge from the 1910 unveiling of the Custer Monument in Monroe, Michigan. The hanger is a celluloid button with Custer's likeness. A yellow ribbon hangs from the badge with "Unveiling Custer Monument - Monroe, Mich. - June 4, 1910" written on it.

2nd U.S.S.S. Sharpshooters Reunion Ribbon

SOLD!!! A great sharpshooter reunion ribbon! This great ribbon was worn by members of the 2nd U.S.S.S., Comapny B at the 1896 reunion held in Hazlett Park, Michigan. On the ribbon is written "13th Annual Reunion of Co. B, 2d U.S.S.S. - Hazlett Park, Michigan, June 21, 1896". A hard to find ribbon.

21 Michigan Infantry Identified Acorn Shield Badge

SOLD!!! A great badge worn by V.M. Smith, Co. A, 21st Michigan Infantry. On the hanger is "Co. A". Attached to the hanger is a acorn shaped shield badge. Written on the acorn is "21" Mich. Vol.Inf. - War 1861-5, V.M. Smith".

Forrest Cavalry Staff Badge show in Shaw's Book!

SOLD!!! An incredible opportunity to own a Forrest Cavalry staff badge! These do not come on the market very often and this one is the one shown in Lynn Shaw's "Badges and Ribbons of the United Confederate Veterans and Sons of Confederate Veterans" or as we call it, the RED BOOK. I have added a photo of the badge in the Shaw's book. I don't know what to say about this badge but if you want a truly incredible badge, don't miss this one!!!!

George Meade Post #1, Philadelphia Post Badge

SOLD!!! A wonderful GAR post badge from the George Meade, Post #1, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This great badge has wonderful graphics. The hanger is a bronze type metal. On the hanger is a horse head, cannons, sword, horse shoes, musket, bayonet, and naval anchor. Written on the hanger is "Gettysburg - Appomattox - Chartered October 18th, 1866". A blue ribbon is attached to the hanger. On the ribbon is a GAR design with #1 and Meade Post Philadelphia entertwined. On the drop is a great likeness of General Meade. Written around Meade's bust is "George G. Meade, Post No. 1, Department of Pennsylvania, G.A.R.".

Rhode Island 1903 Battle Flag Day Badge

A great badge from battle flag day held in Rhode Island. This badge has a celluloid pinback for the hanger. On the pinback is "Battle Flag Day" and the Rhode Island state emblem. The ribbon has two attached US flags. On the ribbon is "October 17, 1903".

2000 Charleston, SC Numbered Badge

A great badge from the 2000 Sons of Confederate Veterans reunion held in Charleston, South Carolina. This is considered the "Millennum" badge. The hanger is heavy and has Jefferson Davis surrounded by two First National flags. Below Jefferson Davis is Fort Sumter. Written on the hanger is "Confederate States of America - Our First President - Jefferson Davis - President Jefferson Davis - Millennum Medal 2000". Attached to the hanger is a bar with "Charleston, S.C." on it. Crossed sabers are attached to the bar and a Southern Cross type medal hangs from the sabers. On the drop is written "Lest We Forget Our Heritage 1861-1865". All four Confederate flags and the Bonnie Blue flag are in the center. This badge is numbered "107" on the back of the hanger. Only a special number of these badges have a number on them!

Zanesville, Ohio In Memorium Badge

SOLD!!! A great "In Memorium" badge for the Hazlett Post No.81, Zanesville, Ohio. This is truly a beautiful badge. The badge is approximately 9 1/2 inches by 2 7/16 inches. There is a piece of tape on the back of the ribbon but I can't find any brak or tear in the badge.
