SOLD!!! A great West Virginia at the 26th National GAR Encampment badge! Written on the badge is "26th National Encampment - G.A.R. - Department of West Virginia - Washington, D.C. - September, 1892". The badge is approximately 7 5/16 inches long and 2 7/16 wide. The badge is made by Torsch & Lee Manufacturers - Baltimore, MD.

1915 Ex-Union Prisoner of the War National Ribbon

SOLD!!! A really hard to find ribbon worn at the 43rd annual reunion of Union Ex-Prisoners of War held at the 1915 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment in Washington, DC. The ribbon is approximately 7 1/8 inches by 2 inches. On the ribbon is "43rd National Encampment - Prisioners of War - Washington, D.C.-Sept. 27-30, 1915."

A really hard to find ribbon worn at the 36th annual reunion of Union Ex-Prisoners of War held at the 1908 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment in Toledo, Ohio. The ribbon is approximately 5 3/4 inches by 1 15/16 inches. On the ribbon is the Ex-POW badge and "36th Annual Encampment - National Association - - Union EX-Prisioners of War - Toledo, O., Aug. 31-Sept. 5, 1908."

A really hard to find ribbon worn at the 29th annual reunion of Union Ex-Prisoners of War held at the 1901 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment in Cleveland, Ohio. The ribbon is approximately 5 7/8 inches by 2 1/4 inches. On the ribbon is the Ex-POW badge and "29th Annual Encampment - National Association - - Union EX-Prisioners of War - Cleveland, O., Sept. 9-14, 1901."

A really hard to find ribbon worn at the 22nd annual reunion of Union Ex-Prisoners of War held at the 1894 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment in Pittsburg, PA. The ribbon is approximately 5 3/8 inches by 2 3/8 inches. On the ribbon is the Ex-POW badge and "1861 -1865 - Union EX-Prisioners of War. 22d Annual Reunion, Pittsburg, Sept. 12, 1894."

1892 Kentucky Orphan Brigade Reunion Ribbon

SOLD!!! A very hard to find ribbon worn by one of the veterans from the famous Kentucky Orphan Brigade! This ribbon was from the 1892 Orphan Brigade reunion held in Paris, Kentucky on September 28, 1892. Written on the ribbon is "11th Reunion Orphan Brigade - Paris, Ky., September 28, 1892.". There is a First National COnfederate flag inthe middle of the ribbon. The ribbon is approximately 7 3/8 inches by 3 1/8 inches.

Connecticut Post No. 75, Ansonia Badge

A neat Grand Army of the Republic badge worn by veterans of Post No. 75, Ansonia, Connecticut. This hanger is a silver color with "Connecticut" on it. Attached to the hanger is a blue ribbon and a round disc. On the disc is "T.M.Redshaw Post No. 75 - G.A.R. - Ansonia, Conn.". A tree nut hangs from the blue ribbon.

1913 Michigan at Gettysburg Badge

This is a beautiful 1913 Michigan badge. This great badge has a brass type hanger with "MICHIGAN" on it. Attached by two long chains is a shield with the Michigan state crest. The blue ribbon with fringe is approximately 8 inches long. Gold print on the blue ribbon says "The Blue and the Gray - 1863 - Semi-Centennial GETTYSBURG - July 11,2,3,4 - 1913". The badge was made by The Henderson Ames Co., Kalamazoo, Michigan" and was awarded to Michigan veterans who attended the 1913 Gettysburg reunion.

Jacksonville, Florida UCV Lapel Badge

SOLD!!! A wonderful lapel badge worn by veterans of the Jacksonville, Florida United Confederate Veterans camp. The lapel badge has a Confederate battle flag with "UCV" on it. Below the flag is an alligator and "Jacksonville - 1914". Also around the edge of the badge is "I Have Paid My Dollar". This is an enamelled badge not a celluloid! The badge is made by the Whitehead & Hoag Company, Newark, NJ as noted on the screw back. It is a great badge and getting harder to find.

1888 GAR Tennessee & Georgia at Columbus National

SOLD!!! A very hard to find badge worn by Grand Army of the Republic veterans from Tennessee and Georgia at the 1888 National Encampment held at Columbus, Ohio. It is very difficult to find GAR badges from Southern states.

Charleston, SC Camp Sumter UCV Camp Badge

SOLD!!! One of the nicest United Confederate Camp badges you will ever find. This wonderful badge is from Camp Sumter in Charleston, South Carolina. This badge is two sided. The front side has a ribbon that is red/white/red. A neat celluloid drop has a Confederate battle flag on it. The reverse side has a black ribbon. This badge is absolutely mint! It was still in the envelope when I found the badge. The envelope is included. Don't miss this great badge!!!

1907 UCV Richmond, VA DELEGATE Pinback

A wonderful pinback worn by a delegate at the 1907 Richmond, VA United Confederate Veteran national reunion. The pin back is approximately 1 3/4 inches wide. The pin back is red/white/red on the front. Written on the pin back is "U.C.V. Reunion - Richmond, Va - DELEGATE - May 30 and 31, June 1,2,3, 1907". The pin back was made by Erhman Mrg. Co. - Boston, Mass.

1897 Tennessee GAR State Encampment Badge

SOLD!!! A hard to find badge from a Tennessee Grand Army of the Republic 1897 state encampment! Southern state GAR badges are very hard to find. The hanger is a brass type hanger. A red ribbon hangs from the hanger. On the ribbon is "14th Annual Encampment TENNESSEE - Nashville - June 2 & #, 1897" written in gold. A celluloid drop hangs from the ribbon. Written on the drop is "Department COmmander - Halbert B. Case - Tennessee - G.A.R. 1897." with a bust of Case. On the back of the drop is a GAR membership badge.

1898 Naval Veterans Cincinnati Annual Badge

A great badge from the 1898 GAR National Encampment worn by naval veterans. The badge has "Naval Veterans" and a knights head and crossed swords on the hanger. The ribbon is light blue. The drop is a heavy drop with "13th National Encampment - Cincinnati - 1898". A really beautiful naval badge.

A really nice badge worn by naval veterans at the 1895 GAR National Encampment in Louisville, KY. The hanger ha "Naval Veterans" on it. The drop has "10th Annual Convention - Louisville - Delegate - 1895" on it. Also a ship is on the drop. Naval badges are getting very hard to find!
