SOLD!!! A hard to find badge worn by the veterans from Minnesota at the 1913 Gettysburg reunion. The hanger has "1863 - Gettysburg - 1913" on it. The red, white, and blue ribbon has "Minnesota" across the ribbon. The drop has a farmer and an Indian brave with "Minnesota". The drop is heavy because the insert is a ceramic/enamel type insert. The ribbon on this badge is weak but this is a very hard to find badge.

SOLD!!! A hard to find Gettysburg state badge! This badge was worn by veterans from the state of Wisconsin. On the hanger is a badger and "Wisconsin". A red, white, and blue ribbon is attached to the hanger. The drop has "50th Anniversary - 1863-1913 - July 1-2-3 - Battle of gettysburg - 1913". The badge was made by Schwaab & Son Co. - Milwaukee as noted on the back of the drop.

SOLD!!! This is the nicest 1913 Pennsylvania at Gettysburg badge I have ever owned! Everything about this badge is wonderful. The hanger has "Pennsylvania" on it. The blue and gray ribbon has gold writing on it. The writing says "50th Anniversary Gettysburg - July 1-2-3-1863-1913 - Let Us Have Peace". Also on the ribbon is a picture of General Meade and General Lee. The drop has two veterans shaking hands in front of tents. Around the the drop is written "Reunion of the Blue and Gray". On the back of the drop is a soldier holding a rifle in front of a tent.

SOLD!!! Wonderful staff badge for the Inspector General - Trans Mississippi - worn at the 1920 UCV national reunion held at Houston, Texas. I am not finding very many staff badges available in today's market. Houston is a hard reunion to find items from. Don't miss this great badge!

SOLD!!! A hard to find 1891 State of Ohio badge from the Steubenville, Ohio reunion. This great badge has a hanger with "Steubenville" on it. There is a red ribbon hanging from the hanger and it is attached to a ceramic canteen! The canteen has Secretary Stanton on the the front of the canteen. On the back of the canteen is writinig about the State GAR reunin in Steubenville.

SOLD!!! A wonderful small canteen made in Steubenville for the 1891 Grand Army Days in April, 1891. This canteen has General John Logan's likeness on the front. On the back of the canteen is Grand Army Days - Steubenville, Ohio.

SOLD!!! Two nice ribbons worn by the Major of the 5th New York Cavalry at a reunion. The first ribbon isa yellow ribbon with "Major - 5th New York Vol. Cavalry" on it. Attached to the cavalry ribbon is a white ribbon with "New York" on it. The 5th New York cavalry fought on the east coast for the whole war!

SOLD!!! A very nice grouping of identified 5th New York ribbons and book plate. This grouping consists of five ribbons and a personalized book plate owned by Charles B. Thomas, Co. F, 5th New York Cavalry. Thomas enlisted on September 14, 1861 and re-enlisted on January 1, 1864. He was mustered out July 19, 1865 at Winchester, VA. He was a member of GAR Post #5-George H. Thomas- in Chicago, Illinois. He died October 12, 1924. The 5th New York Cavalry spent the war fighting in the eastern theatre. The first piece is a printed book plate with Chas. B. Thomas on a 5th New york unit badge. This is approximately 5 1/2 inches by 3 1/4 inches. The first ribbon is a yellow ribbon with "5th N.Y. Cavalry" on it. The ribbon is approximately 8 1/2 inches long. The third ribbon is ayellow ribbon with crossed sabers on it and "Reunion Cavalry Society of the Armies of the United States - Utica, New York, May 23 and 24, 1901". The ribbon is approximately 5 7/8 inches long. With this ribbon is a white "New York" ribbon.The fourth ribbon is a yellow ribbon with "Cavalry Society - Armies of the United States - 1887 Re-Union, Saratoga, N.Y.". The ribbon is approximately 6 inches long. A white ribbon with "New York" is attached. A really nice identified grouping.

SOLD!!! Here is one of the most creative Span Am badges I have seen! This great badge has a hanger with the Span Am Vet membership badge and "1912 - Atlantic City - New Jersey". The drop is a large jug with "Jersey Lightning" and a large bug. The badge is made by Whitehead & Hoag Co.

SOLD!!! A very nice 1932 50th National Convention Woman's Relief Corps badge from the 1932 GAR National reunion in Springfield, Illinois. This beautiful badge is still on the card it came on. It was made by the Whitehead & Hoag Company. This badge has a nice likeness of Abraham Lincoln on th hanger of the badge. Everything about this badge is great!

SOLD!!! Here is a nice, attractive post badge for the A.G. Warner, Post. No. 54, Putnam, Connecticut. The badge is approximately 8 3/8 inches by 2 7/16 inches. The hanger is a bronze/brass type metal with "G.A.R." on it. There is a short red ribbon with "A.G. Warner - Post. No. 54" in gold lettering. The long white ribbon has "Department CONNECTICUT - PUTNAM". THere is a red, white, and blue paper Union shield attached to the ribbon.

SOLD!!! A wonderful Sons of Confederate Veterans membership lapel badge made by the Greenduck Co., Chicago, Illinois. The Greenduck Company started making UCV national badges in 1928. This badge has wonderful enamel and has Greenduck Co. - Chicago on the back.

SOLD!!! A really nice badge worn by a veteran of the 150th Pennsylvania Infantry at their reunion in Gettysburg in September, 1889. The 150th dedicated their monument and the Pennsylvania monument during this month. This is a great hard to find badge!
