Identified 60th Ohio Ladder/Shield Badge

A great ladder/shield badge worn by Joseph E. Lewis of Company D, 60th Ohio Infantry. The badge has "J.E. Lewis" on the hanger and "Co. D, 60th Ohio Inf." on the shield part of the badge. The 60th fought at the Wilderness, Spotsylvania, North Anna River, Cold Harbor, the seige of Petersburg, and actions around Richmond and Joseph Lewis was there with the regiment. He was a Sergeant.

4th Alabama Cavalry Ladder badge

SOLD!!! A ladder badge for the 4th Alabama Cavalry. This great badge has four pieces. There are three bars and a shield. The top bar has "Co. E". The second bar has "4". The third bar has "ALABAMA". The shield has "Vol. Cav. C.S.A.". The 4th Alabama fought with General Wheelr and the General Forrest at the end of the war!

12th Tennessee Cavalry Ladder Badge

SOLD!!! A great ladder badge from the 12th Tennessee Cavalry. This great badge has four bars and the tassel is still attached! The 12th Tennessee Cavalry was with General Forrest for a good part of the war. This is a nice clean badge with association to General Nathan Bedford Forrest.

Gen. George Armstrong Custer Badge

SOLD!!! A great badge from the Custer Camp #10, Lewston, Maine. The celluloid pinback has water marks but has a great photo of Custer wearing his hat. The ribbon is red, white, and blue. On the ribbon is the date June 20-21, 1906 and Lewston, Me. There is additional information on the ribbon. Don't find Custer items very often!

94th Illinois Volunteer Identified Ladder Badge

SOLD!!! A very nice ladder badge for a veteran of the 94th Illinois Volunteer Infantry. This badge is identified to G.G. Hayes, Co. F as noted on the hanger of the badge. There is a 16th Corp symbol on the shield part of the badge. Great badge and will go fast!

1893 N.Y. Veterans in the War-Gettysburg Badge

A 30th Anniversay ribbon worn by New York veterans at Gettysburg. This is a different ribbon worn New York veterans than we normally see. This red, white, and blue ribbon has "New York Veterans In The War - 1861 - 1865 - 30th Anniversary Gettysburg, PA. July 1,2,and 3, 1893" written on it with American flags! The ribbon and fring is approximately 8 inches long by 2 1/2 inches wide.


1913 Ohio Veteran Badge from the 50th Gettysburg

SOLD!!!! Here is a badge from the 1913 Gettysburg 50th Anniversay reunion. These were worn by veterans from the state of Ohio. The hanger is in the shape of the state of Ohio. The round drop has the seal of the state of Ohio. On the back of the drop is written "1863 Gettysburg 1913". A flag ribbon is attached to the back of the ribbon. I bought this badge with 13 other state badgges from the 1913 Gettysburg Reunion. If you are looking for one of these hard to find badges, we now have a Rhode Island, Virginia, Missouri, Pennsylvania, Ohio, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and New York. 1913 Rhode Island at Gettysburg 50th Anniversary

A very hard to find Gettysburg badge. This great badge was worn by veterans that attended the reunion from Rhode Island. Only 377 veterans from Rhode Island attended the reunion. Don't miss this great badge!


1913 Virginia at Gettysburg 50th Reunion Badge

SOLD!!! A hard to find badge from the 1913 50th Anniversary Reunion at Gettysburg. These were presented to veterans from the state of Virginia. This one is a Virginia cavalry badge with a yellow ribbon and cavalry sabers. The infantry had blue ribbons and the artillery has red ribbons. Viriginia was the only state that had different badges for the three different segments of the army. The hanger has "VIRGINIA" on it. The ribbon is yellow with cavalry sabers and "Gettysburg 1913" written on it. The drop has Robert E. Lee on it. The ribbon on this badge is weak and is supported by archival tape. A wonderful badge for a great price!

1924 UCV National Reunion Memphis, TN Badge

SOLD!!! A badge worn by a Confederate veteran at the 1924 UCV National reunion held in Memphis, Tennessee. This great badge has the Nathan Bedford Forrest monument on the drop.

1892 Pennsylvania State GAR Glass Badge

SOLD!!! One of the hard to find Pennsylvania state badges that have two glass pieces attached to a red ribbon. This badge is from the 1892 Pennsylvania State Encampment. Wonderful badge.

SOLD!!! This great badge was issued in 1909 to commerate the explosion at the Allegheny Arsenal on Sept. 7, 1862. A really neat badge!

1894 GAR Pittsurg National Badge with celluloid

SOLD!!! A wonderful badge from the 1894 GAR National Encampment in Pittsburg, Pennsylvania. The bottom drop is a two sided celluloid round piece. One side has a membership badge and the other has a scene from the battle of Gettysburg. Don't miss this wonderful badge!

W.C. Whitaker Post No. 75 Louisville, Ky Badge

SOLD!!! A wonderful GAR Post badge from Louisville, Kentucky. This badge was worn by members of the W.C. Whitaker Post No. 75 G.A.R., Louisville, KY. This badge has a veteran eating corn on the cob! The badge is approximately 5 3/4 inches by 2 15/16 inches.
