Here is a Civil War stereoview with two soldiers under Umbrella Rock on Lookout Mountain. One of the soldiers is holding a canteen. This is from the War Views series by E. & H. T. Anthony & Co. This was the first series and the hard one to find.

Here is a J.B. Linn stereoview of the Confederate Signal Station on Lookout Mountain. This is the signal station the Confederates used to communicate with Missionary Ridge. This photo was taken in the winter and ice covers many of the bushes and trees. This is one of J.B. Linn's "Lookout Mountain Views".
