Gettysburg Souvenir Wooden Cannon

SOLD!!! A great Gettysburg souvenir! These cannon were sold at Gettysburg to tourist many years ago! The cannon has "Gettysburg, Pa.-July 1,2,3, 1863" on the cannon barrel. A neat souvenir piece from Gettysburg!

Sons of Union Veterans Shaving Mug

SOLD!!! Absolutely wonderful Sons of Union Veteans shaving mug! This great German made hand painted shaving mug has a Sons of Union Veterans badge with "Samuel Funk - Camp 48". On the bottom is the turn of the century Germany stamp. The mug is approximately 3 3/4 inches tall by 3 1/2 inches wide. There are no chips or cracks that I can see.

GAR Canteen

SOLD!!! This is a great GAR souvenir canteen from one of the GAR reunions. The canteen is ceramic and it has a cavalry soldier in an overcoat riding a horse. The canteen is approximately 4 1/4 inches wide and 1 3/4 inches wide. The canteen is painted to look like a drum. These were sold at the early GAR reunions. I don't see any chips or cracks.

1891 Lee Monument Spoon from New Orleans

SOLD!!! A great spoon from New Orleans with the Lee Monument on the handle. In the spoon is a pelican on a cotton bale with an aligator. On the back of the spoon is "A.M. Hill, Pat. Appril 25, '91 - Sterling".

GAR Presentation 5th NY Cavalry Cup

SOLD!!! This is a large wonderful presentation cup presented to George W. Toms, Co. K, 5th New York Cavalry. This cup is approximately 9 1/2 inches tall and 10 1/2 inches wide. On the front is engraved "Presented to Geo. W. Toms by Comrades of Hobbie Post in Loving Rememberance of Duty Well Performed Jan. 16, 1913." On the back is engraved "Orderly Sargeant Geo. W. Toms - Co. K - 5th NY Vet. Cav. - 1861 - 1865 - Clara A. Ryder". This cup is silver plated.

1938 Gettysburg Pennet

SOLD!!! Here is a great 1938 Gettysburg pennet. This is the year of the 75th Anniversary of the Gettysburg battle. The pennet is approximately 17 1/2 inches long and has the Eternal Light on it. The Eternal Light was dedicated at the 1938 reunion.

GAR Autograph Album

SOLD!!! Here is an incredible GAR autograph album. This GAR autograph album is in wonderful condition. On the cover is General Logan and a Type 3 GAR badge. It says "GAR - My Comrades' Autographs". This book was presented from Laura E. Wright to her father wishing him a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year. THere is an article about Lincoln being shot and the Titanic sinking both on April 14. There are no signatures in the book. This book is in wonderful condition. The book measures approximately 8 1/2 inches by 5 1/2 inches.

1911 Little Rock UCV "Whiskey" Letter

SOLD!!! This is a great letter written to the railroad trying to determine the car load whiskey price for the Little Rock reunion! It is a great letter and you will have to move fast to get it.

SOLD!!! This book has been out of print for many years and I just found a few copies. This book has many different UCV and SCV badges from every reunion. This is the only book with badges from every reunion.

31st Wisconsin GAR Calling Card

A neat calling card for W.H. Green, Co. "C" 31st Wisconsin Volunteer Infantry. The card has the GAR membership badge and has "Deer Creek, Ill." on the card.


Lynchburg, Virginia UCV Identification Card

SOLD! Here is a great identification card for a Lynchburg, Virginia Confederate veteran. The card has not been filled out and is in quite good shape. The card is approximately 4 inches by 2 5/8 inches.

Confederate Veteran Wallet with Confederate Money!

SOLD! Here is a great Confederate Veteran wallet. The wallet is brown leather and marked "CV" in entwined letters on the front. The wallet is a tri-fold wallet and on the inside in gold lettering is "Compliments of North Carolina Sales Division - Virginia-Carolina Chemical Co., Durham, N.C. - 1904". In the wallet was a piece of Confederate currency. The currency is a 50 cent note date 1864 from the Confederate States of America - Richmond.

1913 GAR Larrge Oak Framed Membership Badge

SOLD!!! This is a great framed GAR membership badge hand sewn and framed in an oak frame. The frame is approximately 27 inches by 25 inches. This has vivid color and on the top right is 1913 sewn into the cloth. This is a highly unusual piece that was hand made. You will not find many of these at the Civil War shows!

Here is a great GAR calling card with the veteran's photo on the card. This great card says "Lieutenant H.B. Gurler- Age 86 - Dekalb, Illinois - Dressed in the uniform he wore in the Civil War. lieut. Gurler was one of the two million seven hundred thousand boys that charged hell and saved their country." The card is approximately 4 1/2 inches by 2 3/4 inches.

GAR 1898 Cincinnati National Encampment Candy Dish

SOLD! Here is a wonderful 1898 GAR Cincinnati National Encampment Candy Dish. This wonderful dish has the GAR membership badge on it and "Cincinnati 1898". On the bottom it says "Carlsbad BFHS China - Made in Austria". There are no chips or cracks on this great candy dish.
