| SOLD!!! A great badge from the 1899 Grand Army of the Republic National Encampment held in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. This is one of the nicest badges issued at that reunion. The badge is beautiful with a flag ribbon with "33d National Encampment - G.A.R. - Sept. 4-9, 1899" written in gold.
