One of the nicest 1896 United Confederate Veteran Delegate ribbons to be available in quite some time. This great ribbon is approximately 7 11/16 inches by 2 3/8 inches. The original Paper backing is still attached to this ribbon! There is a bright red Confederate battle flag in the middle of the ribbon. Written on the ribbon is "Sixth Annual Reunion U.C.V. - Richmond, VA. - June 30. July 1 and 2, 1896 - DELEGATE - Official - Peyton Wise". This is condsidered to be the 1896 UCV National Delegate badge! If you are collecting a set of national badges, this is the one for 1896.
