| Offered is a wonderful ribbon worn by Confederate veterans of the Henry St. Paul Camp No. 16 of New Orleans, Louisiana at the 1922 United Confederate Veterans National reunion held in Richmond, Virginia. On the top of the ribbon are all four Confederate flags. Written in red ink on the ribbon is "VETERAN - Louisiana Division U.C.V. - HY. ST. Paul Camp No. 16 - L.D. Blanchard - Commander - June 20 - 22, 1922 - Richmond, Va. Reunion". The ribbon is approximately 7 1/2 inches tall and 1 7/8 inches wide. The ribbon is clean and nice with no rips or tears.
