The First National flag and the Confederate battle flag are crossed. Written on the celluloid badge is "Confederate Reunion - 1896 - Richmond, VA.". The badge was made by the Baldwin & Gleason Co. Limited - 58 Reade St. - N.Y. as noted on the badge stud on the back of the badge.
