SOLD!!! A wonderful shield ladder badge worn by George W. Higgs of the 68th Indiana Infantry, Company G. The badge has three pieces. The hanger has "Co. G' written on it. The second bar has "68" IND." written on it, and the shield has "Vol. Inf. War 1861-5 - Geo. W. Higgs" written on it. The 68th Indiana fought at Hoover's Gap, Missionary Ridge, Knoxville, and Nashville.
