SOLD!!! A nice badge worn by Louisiana veterans at the 1898 United Confederate Veterans reunion held in Atlanta, GA. The badge has red ribbon at the top and a white ribbon hanging down. Written on the ribbon in red is "LOUISIANA DIVISION - ARMY of TENNESSEE - Camp No. 2 - U.C.V. - Atlanta Reunion, July 20th to 24th, 1898". The badge was likely made by Mrs. A. Betat, Badges, 1012 Canal St., N.O. Please see Stock No. 12412 in our "Sold" category. There a similar badge for the same camp from 1899 has a stamp on the back.
