SOLD!!! A great identified shield badge worn by Brown Deselms of Company K, 15th Ohio Infantry. Deselms mustered in September, 1861 and mustered out November 21, 1865. He was captured at Stones River, 12/31/62 and wounded May 3, 1864 at Rocky Face Ridge, GA. The 15th Ohio Infantry fought in most of the major Western theatre battles of the war. Shiloh, Corinth, Stone's River, Chickamauga, battles for Atlanta, Franklin, and Nashville were some of the battles the 15th participated in. Item #: 11322 |
