A wonderful Grand Army of the Republic kepi made by the Harding Uniform & Regalia Co., Boston. This kepi is an Indian War style kepi with GAR buttons on the side. A gold cord runs around the front and attaches to the two GAR buttons on the sides. A badge with a GAR in a wreath is on the front. On the top of the kepi the veteran stuck a 1902 badge from the National Encampment held in Washington. The Harding Uniform & Regalia Co. stamp is in the inside top of the kepi. I don't see any mothing on this kepi! This is a great one for your collection.
