A neat badge worn by West Virginia veterans at the state GAR annual encampment held in Morgantown. The hanger is a pinback with the GAR membership badge on it. Two ribbons hang from the pinback. Written on the ribbons is "Annual Encampment, Morgantown, W.V. - Representative - May 24-26, 1911". The badge is approximately 5 1/2 inches long.
