Sold!!! This great ladder badge was worn by a veteran of the 3rd Alabama Infantry, Company I. The badge has four bars. On the bars is "Co. I, 3, Alabama, Vol. Inf.". The 3rd Alabama Infantry was in the Army of Northern Virginia. They fought at Seven Pines, Malvern Hill, Winchester, Cedar Hill, Fredericksburg, Gettysburg, The Wilderness, Spottsylvania, Second Cold Harbor, Early's advance on Washington, the battles around Richmond, Petersburg, and Appomattox.
