Here is a great identified Southern Cross of Honor presented to Isham Pitman, 51 North Carolina Infantry, Co. E. Isham had his Southern Cross inscribed on the top bar. This Southern Cross was made by Charles Crankshaw, Atlanta as noted on the back of the top piece. This badge has a lapel stud on the back.
